My name is Ingrid.
I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education from an accredited four year university along with certification to teach any subject to children with disabilities for grades 1-12 and children in a regular classroom setting without disabilities for grades 1-8. I am a professional with a proven track record and 25 years of successful public school teaching. I also have more than five years of online experience teaching English as a second language. I am well acquainted with IEPs (Individualized Educational Programs). More times than not, my students achieved their IEP goals and objectives. Quite often, my students would improve two to three grade levels in reading comprehension and word recognition skills within one calendar school year. With that being said, successful student achievement is the number one goal for clients of Challenger Reading Academy LLC.
Additionally, I have taught students who were above average in intelligence simply because their parents wanted them to be challenged.
