What happens if I need to cancel a session for my student?

Cancellation of sessions by established clients must be done 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund or credit. An established client is herein defined as a client who has taken six or more sessions.

Can I cancel in less than 48 hours if it is an extreme emergency, such as a death in the family, an acute illness, or extreme weather conditions, i.e., a tornado, hurricane, etc?

Of course you can cancel for emergencies, but continual cancellations for any reason will be grounds for dismissal from services.

Will I receive a refund if my session was incomplete?

Fees for incomplete sessions are non-refundable unless the incomplete session is the fault of Challenger Reading Academy LLC.

Who do I contact if I am not happy with the service my student receives?

This is an online classroom. If you or your student has a complaint or a suggestion, you may contact Challenger Reading Academy LLC by email.

Can I put my student in a small group?

After working with and observing your student in session, I may contact you to see about the possibility of your student being in a small group.

How often will my student have to attend sessions?

Most students will benefit from instruction at least two times per week. However, if your student is quite far behind, it may be necessary for your student to attend three or more sessions per week.

What happens if my student misses sessions without notifying Challenger Reading Academy LLC?

Once your student acquires two absences for which Challenger Reading Academy LLC was not notified, your student may be permanently dropped from services.

Does Challenger Reading Academy LLC follow a public school calendar?

Yes. I will notify clients about observed holidays in my home state.

Will Challenger Reading Academy LLC add more courses like math, science, social studies in the future?

If the demand for instruction in math, science, and/or social studies is great enough to warrant offering these classes, then Challenger Reading Academy LLC will contact the parents/guardians who are interested.
