Inasmuch as Challenger Reading Academy LLC is a private business, Challenger Reading Academy LLC has a legal right to refuse service to anyone.

This business is a teaching facility. Therefore, Challenger Reading Academy LLC does not assist students with homework.

It is the policy of Challenger Reading Academy LLC for the teacher and students in a small group to address each student by the name assigned to the student by the parents/guardians at birth.

No profanity allowed. No name calling, making faces, or obscene gestures will be tolerated.

Inappropriate behavior such as screaming at the teacher or bullying a student(s) in a small group will result in immediate dismissal from sessions.

Your student must be dressed in clothing that would be appropriate for school.

Classes are taught through Zoom. There is no charge to use Zoom.

Challenger Reading Academy LLC makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, that your student will achieve their desired goals.

At times I may have an appointment that conflicts with a teaching session. I will notify clients of upcoming appointments, and reschedule the session for your student.

Students will need a laptop/desktop and a headset for instruction.

Please allocate a quiet area in your home that facilitates learning.

Please silence or turn off cellphones during instruction.
