Payment Info
- Contracts are for a one week period. Contracts renew automatically, and payment must be submitted before services are rendered. All sessions must be paid for one week in advance with payments being due by 8 AM (CST) on Friday of each week. A digital contract will be available for parents/guardians to sign upon enrollment of their student(s). The contract will remain active until the parents/guardians decide not to renew the contract, or the student is dismissed from services.
- Should you decide to discontinue receiving services for your student, kindly give a one week notice so that students on a waiting list can be contacted.
- All payments/fees are non-refundable.
- Upon enrollment of your student, you will be sent a contract with a payment link for authorize.net or Zelle. Please only choose one method of payment.
- A receipt for services rendered will be provided to parents/guardians at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes.
- Summer hours may vary.
- Depending on demand, additional hours may be added.
